Payment 

We accept payment via debit/credit card or Paypal account. The debit/credit payments are processed via HSBC for your security. If you would prefer to pay by Postal Order or cheque please contact us for further details at sales@uberbeads.com

Delivery

Orders are sent out within 3 working days

Delivery Costs

Within Uk: £1.50 per order with no minimum order quantity required. All orders are sent 1st class. Most orders are sent recorded delivery. If you would like your order to be insured then please choose our discounted 'P&P Special (UK)' option for £3.50.

International : £1.95 per order with no minimum order quantity required. If you would like your order to be signed for please select 'P&P Special (International)' for £5.95.

Purchasing

All items offered on our website are subject to availability and stock levels change daily. Prices include VAT at 17.5% and prices may be changed on the website and in the catalogue without prior notice. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the "Add to Basket" button shown on each product page.

The sterling silver glass beads are all individually made so may vary slightly to the photograph shown.

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund. The goods must be returned in a saleable condition at your expense. The goods must be returned to PO Box 146, Barry, Vale of Glamorgan, CF63 9BN. Please send us an email to sales@uberbeads.com to notify us. This excludes earrings which cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless the order is cancelled prior to despatch.
